 云南某难选金矿石的选矿工艺研究

摘要: 根据云南某地原矿性质复杂的难选金矿石,从重选、重选-浮选联合和粗精矿再磨-浮选3个方面进行了研究,最终确定在实验室开路的情况下,粗精矿再磨-浮选为处理该矿石的较佳选别工艺,得到精矿金品位84.76 g/t,金回收率达到46.02%,含银220.0 g/t;相对硫化金的回收率达到100%,粗精矿金品位6.49 g/t,金的总回收率达到87.82%,效果比较好。

Abstract: In light of the complex properties of a refractory gold ore from Yunnan, gravity separation, combination of gravity separation and flotation, and regrinding and flotation of rougher concentrate were investigated. It was finally determined through open-circuit lab test that rougher concentrate regrinding and flotation was the optimal process for this ore. The process obtained a concentrate gold grade of 84.67g/t, gold recovery of 46.03%, silver grade of 220.0g/t, relative gold sulfide recovery of 100% from a rougher concentrate containing 6.49g/t gold, with the gross gold recovery being 87.82%, relatively good results.
