摘要: 以X射线荧光光谱法测定烧结铁矿中SiO2的测量不确定度为例,对杂质元素测定的不确定度来源进行了详细的分析,对测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。该评定方法适合铁矿石中其它常量杂质元素XRF法检测的不确定度评定。

Abstract: Detailed analysis is made on the origin of the uncertainty in impurity element determination with the case of SiO2 measurement for sintered iron ore by X-ray fluorescent spectrometry (XRF). The uncertainty of the measurement results is assessed. This method is also suitable for the assessment of the uncertainty of XEF determination for other impurity elements in iron ore.
