中深孔凿岩爆破落矿工艺及结构参数优化

摘要: 针对中深孔爆破落矿大块产出率高的难题,指出在采取综合技术管理措施的同时,关键在于优化凿岩爆破参数,采用“小抵抗线”爆破技术,更新落矿工艺,实行孔底反向起爆落矿新工艺;优化起爆网路,选用安全可靠、经济合理的复式起爆网路。经生产实践证明,在严格的施工质量保证下,应用优化后的落矿技术,从根本上解决了大块产出率高的难题,取得了较好的采矿技术经济指标。

Abstract: In view of high rate of large blast fragmentation, a big difficulty in long and medium-hole drilling and blasting, it is pointed out at the same time of taking integrated technical management measures, the key is to optimize the drilling and blasting parameters, adopt “minimum burden” blasting technique, renew the fragmentation process, and use new process of hole bottom reverse initiation; and optimize the initiation network and use safe, reliable and economically rational duplex initiation network.The production practice shows that under the guarantee of strictly controlled construction quality, the application of optimized blast fragmentation technique has radically solved the problem of high rate of large blast fragments, thereby achieving good technical and economical indexes.
