某金矿石柱式浮选工艺研究

摘要: 介绍了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的结构与技术特点。采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对山东省某金矿石进行了柱式浮选工艺研究,结果表明,浮选柱在将现场流程精简掉1次扫选、2次精选作业的情况下,可以获得满足氰化要求的精矿,而且回收率超过现场浮选机生产指标。

Abstract: The structure and technique feature of cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation column are described.The cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation column was used in the research on the column flotation process for a Shangdong gold ore.The results indicate that even after the elimination of one scavenging and two cleaning steps from the flowsheet used on site, a concentrate that can satisfy the cyanidation requirement can be achieved, and what's more, the recovery exceeded that of the site flotation.
