摘要: 针对露天矿山车辆运输自动化的需求和露天矿地形复杂的特点,应用先进的无线射频识别(RFID)技术、通用无线分组传输(GPRS)技术设计实现了露天矿山车辆运输计量系统。该系统不仅能够自动计量卡车运载次数和电铲装载次数功能,而且能够与配矿计划相结合规范矿山车辆的运输,提高露天矿卡车和电铲的工作效率,保证为选厂提供稳定的矿石供给。目前该系统已经在洛钼集团三道庄露天矿投入使用,现场测试表明:该系统性能稳定,能满足矿山生产要求,大大提高了矿山的劳动生产率。

Abstract: In light of the demand of open-pit mine on truck transport automation and its complex terrain, the truck-shovel transport metering system for open-pit mine is designed by adopting RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) techniques.This system can not only make an automatic statistics of the truck and shovel loading number, but also normalize their transport in accordance with ore blending plan, so as to improve the open-pit truck-shovel working efficiency and ensure a steady ore supply to the concentrator.This system has now been put into use in Sandaozhuang Open-pit Mine of Luanchuan Molybdenum Group.The site testing has proved that the system, being stable and capable of satisfying the mine production requirement, can greatly improve the mine's labor productivity.
