摘要: 对目前铁矿的资源状况进行了分析,通过对现行典型的分选工艺(重选-弱磁选-强磁选-反浮选流程、全弱磁场磁选流程、弱磁场磁选-浮选联合流程、焙烧-弱磁选-强磁选-反浮选流程)进行评述,以及对高效分选设备强磁场磁选机、磁选柱、CSX型磁场筛选机、高频振动细筛、旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的总结,评述了铁矿分选技术进展情况,并对铁矿分选的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the present iron ore resource conditions; reviews the current typical separation processes including process of gravity separation-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation, total low intensity magnetic separation process, low intensity magnetic separation- flotation combined process, and roasting-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation; summarizes the highly effective separation equipment including high intensity magnetic separator, magnetic separation column, CSX magnetic-field screener, high frequency vibrating fine screen and cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation column; reviews the progress in iron separation technology; and looks forward to the development trend of iron separation.
