旋流-静态微泡浮选柱浮选萤石的影响因素分析

摘要: 旋流-静态微泡浮选柱是一种高效微细粒分选设备,通过逆流矿化、旋流矿化、管流矿化3种矿化方式有序集成,形成高效矿化方式,提高了回收能力。微泡浮选柱分选技术在矿物分选应用中,影响选别指标的因素很多,包括磨矿细度、矿浆浓度、矿浆温度、药剂制度、水质、浮选流程以及浮选柱本身的工作参数。针对低品位难选萤石矿,采用φ50 mm有机玻璃制作的实验室用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱进行分选,讨论了调浆时间、给料速度、循环泵工作压力、充气量和喷淋水等因素对萤石浮选效果影响的试验结果。

Abstract: Cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation column is a highly effective micro particle separation equipment. It integrates counter-current mineralization, cyclonic mineralization and pip flow mineralization to realize an efficient mineralization so as to improve the recovery capability. When it is used in mineral separation, the factors influencing the separation performance are many, including grind size, pulp concentration, pulp temperature, agent regime, water quality, flotation flowsheet and its own working parameters.  For low grade refractory fluorite ore, a plexiglas φ50mm lab  cyclonic-static micro bubble flotation column was used in the separation. The effect of pulp conditioning time, feed rate, circulation pump pressure, aeration rate and spraying water rate on the flotation results of the fluorite ore is discussed.
