摘要: 水力旋流器作为一种新型、高效的分离设备,有着广阔的应用前景。矿山行业中,许多选矿厂已开始将水力旋流器用于一段闭路磨矿分级工艺,但一段分级作业中采用格子型球磨机与水力旋流器配合国内始终没有成功的应用实例。介绍了格子型球磨机与水力旋流器形成一段闭路磨矿分级的工业试验及效果。实践表明了该磨矿分级系统的溢流细度、分级效率、循环负荷、磨矿效率等均有显著提高

Abstract: Hydrocyclone, as a new efficient separation device, has wide application prospect. In mining industry, many concentrators have begun to use hydrocyclones in the primary closed-circuit grinding-classification operation. However, the combination of grate-type ball mill and hydrocyclone in the primary classification operation has not seen successful application. The paper describes the industrial test and results of the primary closed-circuit grinding-classification operation using hydrocyclone and grate type ball mill. The practice shows that this grinding-classification system has achieved remarkable improvement in overflow fineness, classification efficiency, circulation load and grinding efficiency.
