摘要: 随着我国经济的发展,煤矿的增产、降耗、提效已被提到了重要地位,设备节能改造势在必行。针对斜井提升的特点,研制了在斜井提升中附加能量回馈单元的交直交四象限变频调速系统,介绍了提升系统的构成及控制原理。通过现场使用情况分析了调速系统的运行性能及研究推广意义。

Abstract: With the development of China's economy, the output increase, energy consumption decrease and performance improvement of coal mines have been put on the important place and the equipment transformation for energy conservation has also become imperative. In view of the features of inclined shaft hoisting, AC-DC-AC 4-quadrant variable-frequency speed-regulation system with energy feedback unit for the hoisting in inclined shaft is developed. The paper describes the composition and control principle of the hoisting system and analyzes the operational performance and research and spreading significance of the speed regulation system in light of its site application.
