天宝山铜铅锌多金属矿矿石性质及选矿工艺研究

摘要: 通过对天宝山铜铅锌多金属矿矿石性质和浮选工艺流程研究,查明该矿石的共生、嵌布关系复杂。试验结果表明,选矿过程中要适当细磨,无论是采用优先浮选流程还是部分混合浮选流程均能获得较好的选别指标。同时表明优先浮选流程优于部分混合浮选流程。

Abstract: Through the investigation on the properties and flotation process of Tianbaoshan copper-lead-zinc polymetallic ore, it is found that the ore has complex association and dissemination. The research results indicate that, if the ore is duly finely ground, good separation indexes can be achieved in either process adopting preferential flotation or that adopting partial bulk flotation. It is also shown that the process adopting preferential flotation is superior to that adopting partial bulk flotation.
