新疆哈密硅灰石表面的有机化改性及表征

Surface Organic Modification and Characterization of Wollastonite from Hami, Xinjiang

摘要: 以新疆哈密硅灰石为原料, 试验研究了改性剂种类、改性剂用量、矿浆浓度、改性时间、反应温度对硅灰石改性的影响。用沉降高度法、悬浮体粘度、活化指数等方法对改性试样进行了评价。研究表明,最佳的改性条件为改性剂用量1.0%,改性时间15 min,改性温度65 ℃,矿浆浓度为40%。

Abstract: The effect of modifier type and dosage, pulp density, modification time and reaction temperature on the modification of wollastonite from Hami, Xinjiang was investigated. The modified sample was evaluated by methods of settling height, suspension viscosity and activation index. The research indicates that the best modification conditions include a modifier dosage of 1.0%, modification time of 15 min, reaction temperature of 65 ℃, and pulp density of 40%.
