立式螺旋搅拌磨矿机在铁精矿再磨中的应用

摘要: 介绍了立式螺旋搅拌磨矿机的基本结构和工作原理,着重叙述了该设备在铁精矿再磨再选工艺流程中的应用。工业生产证明了立式螺旋搅拌磨矿机是一种性能优越的再磨、细磨设备。湖南柿竹园有色金属矿尾矿经JM800B型立式螺旋搅拌磨矿机磨矿,细度达到-38 μm占95.10%,磁选为一次粗选、二次精选,可获得铁精矿品位达65.20%,有效地回收了铁矿资源。

Abstract: The paper describes the basic structure and working principles of vertical spiral agitating mill, and highlights its application in the regrinding and re-separation process of iron concentrate. The industrial application has proven that vertical spiral agitating mill is regrinding and fine grinding equipment of excellent performance. The tailings of Hunan Zhizhuyuan non-ferrous metal ore was ground by JM 800B vertical spiral agitating mill to -38 μm 95.10%, and treated by one roughing-two cleaning magnetic separation. An iron concentrate grading 65.20% was obtained, effectively recovering the iron ore resource.
