高温后砂岩冲击破坏前兆的试验研究

摘要: 对高温后砂岩样品,在SHPB实验装置上进行了冲击试验,获得了高温后砂岩应力应变曲线,试验结果表明,砂岩动载强度基本上随着温度升高而降低。利用预测岩石宏观破坏前兆现象的能量加速释放理论(AER)对试验数据进行拟合,得到表征能量加速释放程度的参数值均小于1,表明在岩石试件最终破坏之前,弹性应变能呈加速释放。参数z随着温度升高而升高,表明岩石临破坏前能量加速释放的程度随温度升高而降低。研究工作进一步完善和发展了能量加速释放理论(AER),首次运用能量加速释放理论揭示高温后岩样在冲击载荷下临破坏的能量释放特征。

Abstract: Impact experiments of post-high temperature sandstone were made on SHPB test system and the curves of stress-strain were obtained.The test results show that the dynamic strength of sandstone under impact decreases with the temperature rise.The parameters were fitted by the theory of accelerating energy release(AER)forecasting the macro destruction portent of rock and the parameters value representing the AER degree were all below one, indicating that the elastic strain energy is in accelerated energy release before the final destruction of the rock sample.The parameter z increased with the temperature rise, indicating that the AER before the rock destruction decreases with the rise of temperature.This research has further improved and developed AER theory and is the first time to adopt AER theory to reveal the energy release characteristics before destruction of post-high temperature rock sample under impact.
