基于理想点法的金属矿山扩建方案选择

摘要: 金属矿山扩建方案选择的好坏将直接影响到矿山今后生产的经济效益,因此,扩建方案的选择与优化对矿山企业来说具有重要而深远的意义。在分析金属矿山扩建方案选择基本原则的基础上,结合待研究样本矿山的生产现状,构建了一套设计方案评判指标体系,运用理想点法选出了样本矿山5 000 t/d生产规模下的最佳扩建方案,并对该扩建方案进行了优化,对其财务指标进行了计算分析,可为矿山扩建决策人员提供参考。

Abstract: The selection of metallic mine expansion scheme is directly related to the mine future economic benefit of production.Therefore, the expansion scheme selection and optimization is of important and far-reaching significance to mining enterprises.Based on the basic principles of the expansion scheme selection for metallic mines, and in light of the production status of a sample mine, an evaluation indexing system for design schemes was constructed.An optimal expansion scheme for the sample mine under a production scale of 5 000 t/d was selected by ideal-point method and then optimized, and its financial indexes were analyzed, providing a reference to the decision-making people in mine expansion.
