MZS5518湿式自磨机的技术改造

摘要: 马钢南山矿业公司东山车间选矿厂针对目前矿石变硬并贫化,造成MZS5518湿式自磨机处理量下降、烧轴瓦事故频繁等问题,联合相关厂家对1#自磨机的衬板进行了改造,并将主轴承由滑动轴瓦改为专门研制的滚动轴承。改造后获得了处理能力提高、衬板使用寿命延长、节电、节油及设备故障率降低等显著效果,每年可多创造至少1 290.1万元的直接经济效益。

Abstract: In view of the reduced throughput of MZS5518 wet autogenous mill and the frequent accidents such as burned bush due to the harder and more diluted run-of-mine ore, Dongshan Workshop, MaSteel Nanshan Mining Co., in cooperation with the relevant manufacturer, has transformed the lining of its 1# autogenous mill. Specially developed rolling bearing is used as the main bearing to substitute the original sliding bearing bush. As a result, the mill throughput is improved, the lining life prolonged, the electricity and oil preserved and the equipment fault reduced, adding a direct annual economic benefit of at least 12.901 million yuan.
