摘要: 对煤矿开采情况进行全面了解,通过对地理信息系统(GIS)和煤矿灾害应急救援技术的研究,以地理信息系统为开发平台,利用管理信息系统原理和MapX控件,建立了可视化的煤矿灾害应急救援管理信息系统。该系统拥有内容丰富的数据库和知识库,将煤矿井下的危险源、工作面、避灾路线、灾害影响区域、通讯与救灾设备分布等与矿井救灾密切相关的信息在地图上动态显示,还实现了远程互动救援,这为煤矿灾害的预防和处理提供强有力的技术支持,有利于提高煤矿企业的抗灾救灾能力。

Abstract: Based on the comprehensive understanding of the coal mining and the research on GIS and the emergency rescue technology for coal mine disasters, with GIS as the development platform, a visualization emergency rescue management information system for coal mine disasters is established by applying the principles of management information system and MapX control. This system includes a rich database and knowledge base, gives a dynamic display on the map of the information closely related to the mine-disaster relief such as the underground danger sources, working face, disaster avoiding route, disaster affected area and distribution of communication and disaster-relief equipment, and can realize a remote interactive aid, thus providing a powerful technical support to the prevention and handling of coal mine disasters and benefiting the improvement of the anti-disaster and disaster relieve ability of coal mining enterprises.
