库区水位急剧变化对尾矿库坝体稳定的影响

摘要: 尾矿库的稳定对于矿山安全生产有着重要意义,对尾矿库坝体在不同工况下的稳定性进行计算是尾矿库坝体稳定分析的主要工作。着重分析了库区水位急剧变化时坝体浸润线的变化规律及其对尾矿库坝体稳定的影响,基于二维非稳定渗流方程,通过计算得出了坝体的非稳定渗流场和坝体浸润线的变化规律,并通过Bishop简化法得出了浸润线变化与稳定性的关系。结合尾矿库工程实例,对库区水位变化不同时刻的坝体进行了渗流有限元分析,并相应对其坝体的安全系数进行了计算,提出了尾矿库安全生产在库区水位急剧变化时需要注意的问题和解决这些问题的具体措施。

Abstract: The stability of tailing dam is of great importance to mine safety production, and the stability calculation of tailing dam under different working conditions is a major work for the stability analysis. The variation of seepage line at a rapidly changing reservoir level and its influence on the stability of dam were studied. Based on the two-dimensional unsteady seepage equation, the variation of unsteady seepage field and seepage line of dam was educed. And the relation between the variation of seepage line and the dam stability was obtained by Bishop simplified method. Combined with a project case of tailing reservoir, the FEA for the seepage of a dam in different time and the calculation of the safety factor of the dam were made. The issues in relation to the safety operation of tailing dam at a rapidly changing reservoir level that should be noticed and their solutions are put forward.
