大间距无底柱分段崩落法采场地压变化规律研究

摘要: 以大冶铁矿井下车间采场结构参数调整为工程背景,依据宏观调查和巷道围岩变形实测资料,采用位移反分析的方法,运用FLAC数值模拟分析软件,从应力变化规律、位移场分布特征和塑性破坏区变化特点等多个方面,对采场结构参数调整前后的采场地压变化规律进行数值模拟对比研究。研究揭示了大间距无底柱分段崩落法开采过程中采场地压的基本变化规律,对于大间距无底柱分段崩落法在地下金属矿山的推广与应用具有重要意义。

Abstract: Taking the adjustment of the stope structural parameters of the Underground Workshop of Daye Iron as the engineering background, based on the data obtained in the macro-survey and the practical measurement of the displacement of the roadway surrounding rock and by adopting displacement back analysis method and FLAC software, the numerical simulation and contrast research on the active law of ground pressure both before and after the adjustment were made from the aspects of the active law of stress, the distribution characteristics of displacement field and the change regularity of plastic fractured region. The research has disclosed the basic law of the change in stope ground pressure in the large-spacing non- non-pillar sublevel caving, which is of great significance to the application and promotion of this caving method in underground metallic mines.
