北洺河铁矿尾矿分级浓缩半工业试验

摘要: 采用旋流器-浓密机分级浓缩流程对北洺河铁矿尾矿进行了浓缩试验,结果表明,采用FX125旋流器与GX-3.6高效浓密机及φ2 000 mm浓密斗组成的分级浓缩系统,可将北洺河铁矿浓度为28%~30%的全尾矿浓缩至浓度达60%以上。该浓缩工艺具有流程简单、浓缩效率高、设备投资少、占地面积小、运行成本低的特点,可实现全尾矿的高效浓缩,并便于矿山实现工业化生产。

Abstract: Thickening test was made on Beiminghe iron tailings by a classified thickening process using hydrocyclone and thickener. The result shows total tailings with a concentration of 28%~30% can be thickened to a concentration of over 60% by a classified thickening system consisting of FX125 hydrocyclone , GX-3.6 high efficiency thickener and φ2 000 mm thickening cone. This thickening process is characterized by simple flowsheet, high thickening efficiency, small capital investment, small land occupation and low operation cost, and is capable of high efficiency thickening of whole tailings, facilitating its industrialization.
