摘要: 李楼铁矿选矿厂是我国第一座利用强磁抛尾—强磁精选—中矿浮选工艺处理低品位镜铁矿石的选厂,建设竣工后进行了多次前期生产调试,但调试指标与设计指标相差甚远。为此,根据前期调试中发现的问题,对原流程中的薄弱环节进行了技术改造。改造后获得了铁精矿产率为38.47%、铁品位为64.87%、铁回收率为77.14%的生产调试指标,达到了设计水平。

Abstract: Lilou Iron Concentrator is the first one in China to adopt a process consisting of high intensity magnetic separation for discarding tailings, high intensity magnetic separation for cleaning and flotation for middlings. Since the completion of its construction, pre-commissioning had been made for several times, resulting in the indexes that were far inferior to those designed. In view of this, technical transformation was made on the weak links in the original process found in the pre-commissioning. After the transformation, an iron concentrate having a yield of 38.47%, grade of 64.87% and recovery of 77.14%was obtained in the pre-commissioning, which reached the designed values.
