客观评价铁精矿选矿提质降杂的经济效益

摘要: 铁精矿通过选矿提质降杂后可为烧结、炼铁带来可观的经济效益,但按目前常用的方法对经选矿提质降杂后的铁精矿进行加价,加价力度不够,不能体现提质降杂的真实价值。为此,提出了一种计算铁精矿选矿提质降杂经济效益的还原成本法。该方法以烧结、炼铁配料计算为基础,将选矿、烧结、炼铁作为一个整体系统计算经济效益,从而能客观地反映铁精矿选矿提质降杂的经济价值,对合理制定铁精矿的按质论价政策具有参考意义。

Abstract: The quality improvement & impurity reduction of iron concentrate can bring a considerable economic benefit to both sintering and iron making. However, the price addition of the iron concentrate for quality improvement & impurity reduction by way of beneficiation calculated according to the present commonly used method is insufficient and can not reflect the true value of quality improvement & impurity reduction. Therefore, a cost recovery method for calculating the economic benefit of the quality improvement & impurity reduction of iron concentrate by way of beneficiation is proposed. Based on the batch calculation for sintering and iron-making, it calculates the economical benefit by taking mineral processing, sintering and iron-making as a whole so as to objectively reflect the economic value of the iron concentrate that is upgraded by quality improvement & impurity reduction in way of beneficiation. It is of reference significance to the rational pricing of the iron concentrate based on quality.
