基于CMOS芯片的斜巷矿车智能防跑系统的研究

摘要: 针对采矿斜巷运输中偶尔发生矿车跑车事故的实际问题,研制出了一种基于CMOS芯片的数字检测、智能防跑系统。指出了国内现有被动防跑装置的缺点,分析了该主动防跑系统实现车速自动检测、数字显示、智能控制、超限报警并实时可靠刹车。巧妙地将矿车自身的机械能转换为矿车的制动力,具有自举供能等优点。推导出了刹车系统中夹轨钳的自锁夹紧条件,给出了具体的设计计算范例。

Abstract: In light of the fact that there are occasionally tramcar accidents in incline transport in mining, a CMOS chip-based digital detection and intelligent anti-skid system is developed. The paper points out the defects of the domestic available passive anti-skid devices and analyzes the advantages of this active anti-skid system, including automatic speed detection, digital display, intelligent control, over-limit alarm and real-time reliable braking, tactful conversion of the mechanical force of the car into its braking force and bootstrap energy supply. The self-locking conditions of the rail-clamping pliers in the braking system are deduced and a specific calculation case is cited.
