反击式破碎机反击板形状的设计分析

摘要: 对反击式破碎机进行实体建模,应用LS-DYNA对其工作过程进行仿真,计算物料在破碎过程中的运动轨迹,分析物料在不同的抛射角、碰撞部位和颗粒大小下的轨迹曲线,以确定反击板的截面形状曲线。其结果将为反击式破碎机结构的设计和改进提供依据。

Abstract: Solid modeling of impact crusher was made. The crusher working process was emulated by using LS-DYNA, the motion track of materials in the crushing process was computed and the  track curves of materials at different project angles, impact points and particle sizes were analyzed for determining the sectional profile curve of the counter-board. The results provide a basis for the design and improvement of impact crusher structure.
