摘要: 介绍了在电铲上对矿物在线动态称重系统的设计,由下位机控制采集数据,并把数据通过串行通信传送给上位机做运算。首先根据动力学知识分析影响铲斗重量的所有变量,依据这些变量的特征和范围选择合适的传感器来进行测量。下位机AT89C52控制定时采样,并把采样值传送给上位机PC机,在PC机上应用Visual C++语言进行运算、存储及显示。

Abstract: The design of the online dynamic ore-weighing system for electrical shovels is presented. In the system, the slave computer collects the data and transmits them to the master computer through serial communication for computing. All variables that may influence the shovel weight are analyzed by dynamic knowledge and suitable sensors are selected for measuring them according to their characteristics and scope. The slave unit AT89C52 controls a periodic sampling and transmits the sampling values to the master PC, which does the computing, memory and display based on Visual C++ language.
