水力旋流器流体稳定性研究

摘要: 通过计算机离散求解模拟水力旋流器周向速度在径向上的分布,并带入瑞利判别式判别其流体的稳定性,发现水力旋流器的流体流动是不稳定的,这种不稳定性对旋流器的分离过程不利。指出了在水力旋流器改进过程中,通过减少流动的不稳定性来改善水力旋流器的分离性能,将是水力旋流器发展的新途径。

Abstract: The radial distribution of circumferential velocity in hydrocyclone is simulated by computer discrete calculation and the stability of its fluid is judged according to Rayleigh discriminant. It is found that the fluid flow in hydrocyclone is unstable, which is unfavorable to the separation process in hydrocyclone. It is pointed out that it will be a new way for hydrocyclone development to reduce the instability of the fluid so as to improve the performance of hydrocyclone.
