摘要: 基于筛分理论,对新型的离散式振动筛筛分性能指标及筛面配置进行研究,得到了该振动筛的抛掷系数、跳跃指数及其相互关系的理论表达式,并且分析了此类装置用于沥青混合料搅拌设备时的筛网配置结构,为该类装置的结构设计和应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The screening performance indexes and screen surface configuration of new type discrete vibrating screen are studied based on screening theory. The throwing coefficient, jump exponent and theoretical expression of their correlation are found and the screen mesh configuration structure of this device when used for asphalt mixture agitator is analyzed, providing a theoretical basis for the structure design and application of this kind of device.
