提高德兴铜矿铜浮选回收率的新型捕收剂研究

摘要: 对德兴铜矿石进行了不同种类的新型捕收剂浮选试验,结果表明,改性硫脲类捕收剂是铜矿物的强力捕收剂,其对铜的回收好于单硫代磷酸酯捕收剂和硫氨酯类捕收剂。改性硫脲TU-32+少量丁黄药的组合捕收剂的工业试验结果表明,与丁黄药工艺相比,TU-32+少量丁黄药组合可显著降低二段铜硫分离石灰用量,并提高铜精矿中铜回收率1.05%,金回收率7.16%,钼回收率3.90%。改性硫脲类捕收剂对铜矿物具有强捕收能力,对硫化铁矿物具有好的选择性,现已工业应用于德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂。

Abstract: Flotation tests on different new collectors for Dexing copper ore were carried out. The results show that modified thiourea collectors are strong collectors for copper minerals and their recovery of copper is better than that by monothiophosphates and thionocarbamates. The result of the industrial test with a collector combination of modified thiourea TU-32 and small amount of butyl xanthate (BX) indicates that compared with BX system, this collector system can remarkably reduce the lime consumption in two-stage copper-sulfur separation and improve the quality of copper concentrate by additional recoveries of Cu 1.05%, Au 7.16% and Mo 3.90%. As modified thiourea collectors have powerful collection ability for copper minerals and good selectivity for iron sulfides, they have been used in the production of Sizhou Concentrator in Dexing Copper Mine.
