摘要： 矿产资源型企业的全球化发展对我国国民经济和社会发展具有重要的意义。通过分析制约我国矿产资源企业海外拓展进程中面临主要问题，提出适合我国矿产资源企业海外拓展的对策建议。

Abstract: The globalized development of mineral resource type enterprises is of important significance to the development of Chinese national economy and society. The main problems restricting the oversea expansion of Chinese enterprises of mineral resource type are analyzed and the relevant proper countermeasures are suggested.
