关于西藏高原尾矿库设计的一些问题的探讨

摘要: 西藏高原脆弱的生态、恶劣的气候决定了在这个特殊地区进行尾矿库设计工作时必须特别注重环境保护和水土保持,同时,高寒气候给尾矿库的筑坝、排洪、防渗等都带来了不利影响和困难。结合在西藏高原执行矿山项目的工程实践经验,就高原高寒地区尾矿库设计工作应当注意的问题,如冻土、堆坝和库容问题等进行了探讨。

Abstract: The brittle ecology and bad climate on the Tibet Plateau have made it certain that environment protection and water and soil conservation should be paid great attention to in designing the tailing ponds in this particular area.Meanwhile, the plateau cold weather makes it unfavorable and difficult to construct tailing ponds there, which will involve damming, flood draining and seepage prevention.The authors discusses the issues needing attention in the design of tailing ponds in plateau cold area based on their experience in the engineering practice of mine projects.
