摘要: 介绍了斗南锰矿-30 mm原矿永磁强磁选机分选工艺及锰铁合金生产技术。生产实践表明,在原矿含锰品位17.50%的条件下,锰精矿品位达28.00%,回收率88.00%;采用了双联摇炉法生产中碳锰铁、复合球团等先进技术,生产的高碳锰铁、锰硅合金、中碳锰铁产品的技术指标达到较高的水平,确立了在我国铁合金行业的重要地位。

Abstract: The beneficiation process of high intensity magnetic separation for -30 mm run-of-mine ore and the ferromanganese alloy production technology of Dounan Manganese Mine are presented.The production practice shows that, from a run-of-mine ore grading 17.50%, a manganese concentrate which have a grade of 28.00% and recovery of 88.00% can be obtained.The advanced technologies such as duplex shaking ladle process for medium carbon ferromanganese and composite pellet technique are adopted.The technical indexes of its high carbon ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy and medium carbon ferromanganese products all have reached a high level, establishing the position of Doudan Manganese Mine in China's iron alloy industry.
