采煤机工作姿态监测硬件电路设计

摘要: 基于低功耗MSP430149系列单片机实现采煤机工作姿态硬件监测。首先分别采用单/双轴加速度传感器ADXL103/203监测采煤机工作姿态,其次通过TMP05温度传感器对加速度传感器的初次测量结果进行温度补偿,校正后的结果作为监测电路最后的输出。最后由单片机通过485总线实现测量结果的传输显示,有利于人机界面的交互。减小了由于井下恶劣的工作环境带来的温漂影响,提高了测量结果的精度和可靠性。

Abstract: Hardware monitoring of shearer attitude is realized based on the low-power MSP430149 single chip.Single/dual-axis accelerometer ADXL103/203 is used for the monitoring, TMP05 temperature sensor is used for the temperature compensation to the initial measuring result of the accelerometer and the corrected result which is the final output of the monitoring circuit is transmitted and displayed via single chip 485 bus to facilitate the interaction of human-machine interface.As a result, the temperature drift effect due to underground adverse working environment is reduced, improving the accuracy and reliability of the measuring result.
