可拓学理论在国外矿业投资环境评价中的应用

摘要: 为减少在国外进行矿业投资的风险性,在物元理论、可拓集合论和关联函数计算的基础上,利用物元分析理论建立了国外矿业投资环境的可拓评价模型,把国外矿业投资环境的评价由定性评价转化为定量评价。按照所建立的模型对云南周边越南、泰国、老挝、缅甸4国进行矿业投资环境评价,结果表明,该4国的矿业投资环境级别依次为“好”、“好”、“一般”和“一般”。

Abstract: To reduce the risk of mining investment in foreign countries, based on matter-element model theory, extension set theory and dependent function calculation, an extension assessment model for the mining investment environment in foreign countries was established using matter-element analysis theory, converting the qualitative appraisal into a quantitative one.The assessment of the mining investment environment in Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Burma surrounding Yunnan was made using this model, which indicates that the mining investment environment of these four countries are ranked in the order of “good, good, general and general” correspondingly.
