铁氧体法处理含铜、锌、镉重金属废水的实验研究

An Investigation of the Treatment of Wastewater Containing  Cu, Zn and Cd Heavy Metals by Ferrite Process

摘要: 用铁氧体法处理同时含铜、锌、镉废水,对铁氧体法处理含铜、锌、镉废水工艺中的主要技术参数进行探讨,研究pH值、温度、Fe3+和Fe2+投加量及添加剂对处理效果的影响。实验表明:当温度为70℃、Fe3+/Fe2+为1.5(mg/mg)、Fe2+/Mn2+投加量为11(mg/mg)、pH值为9,添加剂为1.2 mg/L时,对含铜、锌、镉废水处理效果比较好,并达到排放标准。

Abstract: The wastewater containing copper, zinc and cadmium ions was treated by ferrite process.The main technical parameters of the process were discussed and the effect of pH, temperature, Fe3+ and Fe2+ dosage and additive on the treatment result was investigated.The experiment shows that the optimum treatment conditions include a temperature of 70 ℃, addition ratios of Fe3+/Fe2+ and Fe2+/Mn2+ of 1.5 and 10mg/mg, respectively, pH value of 9 and additive dosage of 1.2 g/L, enabling the wastewater containing copper, zinc and cadmium irons to reach the requirements for discharge after the treatment.
