微波处理高钛渣工艺的绿色性评价

摘要: 从资源消耗、环境影响、成本、时间、质量等方面建立了高钛渣处理工艺的绿色性模糊综合评价指标、评价体系和数学模型,通过试验实例对微波法处理高钛渣工艺进行了绿色性模糊综合评价,并与传统法处理高钛渣工艺进行了对比。结果表明,微波法处理高钛渣工艺的绿色性远远优于传统法处理高钛渣工艺的绿色性,符合绿色制造的发展趋势。

Abstract: The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation indexes, evaluation system and mathematical model for the greenness of the process for treating high titanium slags were established, involving resource consumption, environmental impact, cost, time and quality.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the greenness of the process for treating high titanium slags by microwave irradiation was made through test examples and it was compared with the greenness of the conventional method.The result shows that the greenness of the microwave method is far better than that of conventional method and the microwave processing method meets with the development trend of green manufacture
