中厚倾斜矿体卸压开采理论及其应用

摘要: 在地下开采的金属矿山,中厚倾斜矿体约占开采矿体总数的23%,而且随着采深的增加,中厚倾斜矿体在深部开采中的比例还将进一步增大。而该类矿体的开采特点是崩落矿石的空间移动条件较差,采准工程一旦遭地压破坏,其负担的矿量容易成为永久损失。然而随着采深的增加,该类矿体采准工程受地压破坏的风险性也越来越大,为从根本上解决采准工程的稳固性问题,当矿体的倾角与厚度适宜时,可以适时卸掉采准工程区域的采动压力,从而保证采准工程的稳定性。为此,研究了中厚倾斜矿体卸压开采的理论方法,并在赞比亚谦比西铜矿进行了成功的试验和应用,取得了良好的技术经济效果。

Abstract: In the underground metal mines, inclined medium thick ore bodies amount to 23% of the total orebodies being mined.With the mining going deeper, this ratio will further increase.The mining of this type of ore bodies is characterized by poor spatial moving conditions of caved ore.Once the development workings fails due to ground pressure, the ore may be lost permanently.With the increase in mining depth, the development workings for such type of orebody will face a greater risk of ground failure.To radically solve the instability of development workings, when the dip angle and thickness of a deposit are appropriate, the mining dynamic pressure in the development workings area can be timely released.Therefore, a theoretical method of depressurized mining for inclined medium-thick ore bodies was proposed and successfully tested and applied in Chambishi Copper Mine in Zambia, which achieved good technical and economic results.
