堆浸过程渗流动力学试验研究

摘要: 堵塞是堆浸过程中常见的现象,引起孔隙率在不断变化,渗透系数不再是一恒值。针对这一现象,采用混合矿酸浸模拟机械堵塞、硫化矿菌浸模拟化学堵塞,在各自柱浸试验中定期监测了渗流速度和压力值,并基于马克威分析系统回归分析了渗透系数随浸出时间变化的规律。研究表明化学堵塞对渗流影响比机械堵塞严重。

Abstract: Blockage often occurs in heap leaching, causing a continuous change in porosity and making the seepage coefficient no longer constant.In view of this, mechanical block was modeled with acid leaching of mixed ores and chemical block with bacterial leaching of sulfide ore.The seepage velocity and pressure of each leaching column were monitored periodically and the regression analysis was conducted on the regularity of seepage coefficient's change with leaching duration by Markov software.The results indicate that chemical blockage can have a greater impact on the seepage than mechanical block.
