N-十二烷基-1,3-丙二胺捕收性能研究

摘要: 通过浮选试验研究了N-十二烷基-1,3-丙二胺对石英、赤铁矿、方解石、菱锌矿和菱镁矿的捕收性能,并与十二胺进行了比较。试验结果表明:N-十二烷基-1,3-丙二胺对石英具有比十二胺更强的捕收性能,在很宽的pH值范围内,对石英的回收率均在90%以上,当pH=10.02时,石英回收率高达98.38%;N-十二烷基-1,3-丙二胺对赤铁矿的捕收能力与十二胺相差不大;N-十二烷基-1,3-丙二胺对方解石的捕收性能明显比十二胺差,而且对菱锌矿和菱镁矿基本无捕收能力。基团电负性计算结果表明,N-十二烷基-1,3-丙二胺比十二胺具有更好的选择性。

Abstract: Collecting performances of N-lauryl-1, 3-diaminopropane (ND13) for quartz, hematite, calcspar, calamine and magnesite are investigated and compared with those of laurylamine by flotation experiments.The result shows that it has a stronger collecting performance for quartz than laurylamine does.The recovery of quartz is more than 90% in a wide pH range and can be as high as 98.38% at pH=10.02.The collecting performance of ND 13 for hematite is little different from, but for calcite, evidently poorer than that of laurylamine.It has basically no collecting capacity for calamine and magnesite.The calculation of group electronegativity shows that ND13 has a better selectivity than laurylamine does.
