磨矿介质对十二胺浮选方解石的影响

摘要: 研究了钢球和氧化锆球两种磨矿介质对方解石表面性质及方解石在十二胺浮选体系中的回收率的影响。浮选试验结果表明,在十二胺浮选体系中,采用氧化锆球磨矿,其方解石磨矿产品的浮选回收率高于用钢球磨矿时的浮选回收率。溶液检测和表面分析表明,钢球磨矿过程中产生了铁离子,并进一步氧化成铁的氧化物吸附在方解石表面,使方解石表面负电性降低,从而对方解石产生抑制作用。

Abstract: The effect of two grinding media, namely steel ball and zirconia ball, on the calcite surface properties and the calcite recovery in the flotation using lauryl amine was studied.The flotation result shows that in lauryl amine flotation system, the flotation recovery of grounded calcite product is higher in case of zirconia balls used for grinding than that in case of steel balls.The solution testing and surface analysis indicate that iron ions will be produced in the grinding process when steel balls used as the grinding medium, which will be further oxidized and adsorbed on calcite surface, reducing the electronegativity of calcite surface to effect a depression of calcite.
