红外探测技术在硫化矿石堆自燃检测中的应用

摘要: 矿石自燃是硫化矿床开采所面临的突出安全问题之一,而矿石堆氧化自热的温度是判断其自燃危险程度的一个重要参数。介绍了有关红外辐射及红外探测仪的一些基本理论知识;在试验条件下分析了红外测温仪在不同感温距离、感温角度条件下,其测量误差的变化规律; 建立了感温仪器指示读数与矿石堆实际温度之间的定量关系。总结出适用于检测硫化矿石堆自燃的红外检测装置的选择方法。最后,运用RAYTEK红外测温仪及IRISYS热像仪对某发火硫铁矿山进行检测,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: Spontaneous combustion is one of the serious problems in the mining of sulfide ore deposits, and temperature is an important parameter in judging the spontaneous combustion degree of sulfide ore dump.The paper presents some basic theoretical knowledge about infrared radiation and infrared detecting instrument, analyzes the variation regularity of measure error in different measure distances and angles of infrared thermometer, establishes the quantitative relationship between the values from infrared thermometer and the real temperature of ore dump and summarizes the method for selecting an infrared instrument suitable for detecting spontaneous combustion of sulfide ore dumps.RAYTEK infrared thermometer and IRISYS thermal imager and a sulfide iron ore dump were used to detect a sulfide iron mine and achieved good results.
