某金铜矿选矿工艺优化研究

摘要: 某金铜矿为了给合理确定新建7 000 t/d选矿厂的工艺流程方案提供依据,通过试验对原有900 t/d选矿厂的工艺流程进行了优化研究。结果表明:原流程中所采用的洗矿作业可以取消;原流程所采用的阶段磨浮工艺可简化为一段磨浮工艺;可利用复合捕收剂来提高浮选回收率;浮选尾矿的再处理方案应由原来的单一重选改为重选—再磨—浮选或重选—再磨—氰化浸出。

Abstract: To determine the rational process flowsheet plan for its new 7 000 t/d concentrator, a gold-copper mine conducted a research to optimize its original 900 t/d concentrator's process flowsheet.The result shows that it is better to eliminate the original ore-washing operation; to simplify the original multi-stage grinding-flotation process into one stage grinding-flotation; to use a composite collector to improve the flotation recovery; and to replace the single gravity separation for the retreatment of flotation tailings by gravity separation-regrinding-flotation process or by gravity separation-regrinding-cyanide leaching process.
