高精度核子密度计的研制与初步应用

摘要: 研制了一种非接触式、高精度核子密度计。依据γ射线与物质相互作用的基本原理,通过测定射线强度的变化,确定管道或容器内介质的密度、浓度等参数。采用反符合电路和高计数率芯片减小射线强度统计涨落对测量准确度的影响,获得了满意的测量精度、响应速度和稳定性。

Abstract: A kind of non-contact high precision nuclear densimeter was developed. Based on the basic principle of interaction betweenγ-ray and substances, the parameters such as density and concentration of the medium in the pipe or vessel were determined by measuring the change of ray intensity. An anticoincidence circuit and high count rate chip were used to reduce the effect of the rise-fall of the ray intensity statistics on the measurement accuracy, leading to a satisfactory measuring accuracy, response speed and stability.
