立式冲击破碎机锤头材料和质量的研究

摘要: 常用立式冲击破碎机合金锤头质量差,使用寿命短,消耗量大,影响了设备的运转作业率。对锤头材料和质量进行了研究,在锤头材料方面,选择高铬合金作为锤头的材料,经热处理后,其抗磨性能高、韧性好、使用寿命长,是一种较为理想的锤头材料;在锤头质量方面,根据锤头动力学分析和破碎的能量条件,导出了锤头质量的计算公式,为锤头质量的确定提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The commonly used alloy hammer of vertical impact crusher has poor quality, short life and large consumption, affecting the equipment availability. The hammer material and mass are studied. As a result, high chromium alloy is selected as hammer material, which, when heat treated, has high wear resistance, good ductility and long service life and therefore, is an ideal material for hammer. With respect to the hammer mass, a computation formula of hammer mass is deduced according to the hammer kinetic analysis and crushing conditions, providing a theoretical basis for determining the hammer mass.
