某选矿厂工艺流程优化研究

摘要: 论述了某选矿厂自投产生产后,由于原矿性质的变化,流程各作业技术指标及工艺参数与设计偏差较大,各作业量的分配及工艺参数也发生了变化。通过对选别流程进行的全面考查,找到问题的原因所在,并采取措施对流程进行了优化,实现对生产过程的有效控制,在稳定质量的同时优化流程结构,降低尾矿品位、提高金属回收率。

关键词: 破碎筛分, 选别工艺, 重选, 螺旋溜槽, 水力旋流器

Abstract: The change in the properties of run-of-mine ore had caused a great difference between the real technical indexes and process parameters of the processes and those designed, and further a change in the distribution of workloads and process parameters of various processes in a concentrator since its commissioning.A comprehensive investigation was made of the whole process to find the problems, and corresponding optimization measures were taken to realize an effective control of the production process, and to reduce the tailing grade at the same time of stabilizing the concentrate quality so as to improve the metal recovery.
