摘要: 总结了现有的粉碎理论,从物料破碎机理出发,对“料层粉碎”进行了研究,分析了碎磨成本与入磨粒度的关系,进一步说明了“多碎少磨”工艺流程的重大现实意义,简述了惯性圆锥破碎机的结构特点和工作原理,并通过实例表明了惯性圆锥破碎机是基于料层粉碎原理、能满足“多碎少磨”工艺要求的新型节能超细破碎设备。

Abstract: The paper summarizes the current comminution theories, studies the interparticle crushing mechanism, analyzes the relation of crushing-grinding cost with the mill feed size, and further demonstrates the great practical significance of “more crushing & less grinding” process.It also describes briefly the structural features and working principles of inertia cone crusher, and illustrates that inertia cone crusher is a new type of energy-saving superfine crushing equipment, which, based on the interparticle comminution theory, is capable to satisfy the process requirement on more crushing and less grinding and
