摘要： 姑山矿是以铁矿石开采加工生产为主业的矿山企业，矿山整体基础条件较好，但也存在较多影响其可持续发展的制约因素。分析认为水文地质因素、资金成本因素、环境安全因素、技术因素、人才因素是主要制约因素。对此，提出了加强矿区资源综合利用，促进技术创新，加强企业管理和改革等措施，以实现促进矿区可持续和谐发展，全面落实科学发展观的目标。

Abstract: Gushan mine is a mine enterprise which mainly produces the iron ores.It owns a good basic condition but also has many restricted factors of influencing its sustainable development.Analysis showed that such factors as the hydrological geology, investment and costs, technology and human resources are the main restricted factors.Hence, some methods of strengthening the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, promoting the technical innovation, reinforcing the administration and reformation, promoting the sustainable development are pointed out to fully implement the scientific concept of development.
