摘要: 应用计算机辅助设计和有限元网格划分的技巧和方法建立有限元模型,有效的解决矿用汽车货箱结构和尺寸庞大的问题。货箱在整车的结构当中是一个比较大的结构件占了整个SGA3723矿用汽车自重的四分之一,通过轻量化设计,降低整车的自重,在设计中占有一定的重要性,在节约材料和燃油上都有一定的帮助。

Abstract: The problem of a too large size of the mine truck's body structure was solved by a finite element model established by using CAS and FE grid division methods.The body is a large structural component of a mine truck and its weight amounts to one forth of the whole deadweight of SGA3723 mine truck.The light-weight design can reduce the deadweight of the whole truck and therefore, is of importance in the design, which can also help save both the material and fuel oil.
