冬瓜山铜矿某卸矿站综合防尘系统设计与应用

摘要: 针对冬瓜山铜矿-580 m中段卸矿站粉尘污染严重的问题,提出了1套综合防尘系统,该系统由高压喷雾降尘系统、通风排尘系统和超限喷雾系统3个部份组成,高压喷雾降尘系统较彻底的解决了本水平下料的粉尘污染问题,本水平的降尘效率达到了80%以上,同时提高了其他水平的降尘效率;通风排尘系统应用后,在其它水平下料后5 min内,能使-580 m中段卸矿站粉尘浓度低于20 mg/m3;而超限喷雾系统的应用,使风流在通过水幕后其粉尘浓度降低70%以上。该系统实际应用取得了显著效果,可为类似矿山提供参考。

Abstract: In light of the serious dust pollution in the ore discharge station at -580 m level in Dongguashan Copper Mine, an integral dust control system was proposed, which is composed of three parts: high pressure fog spraying system for depressing dust, ventilation system for dust exhaust and set-limit spraying system.The high pressure fog spraying system has thoroughly solved the dust pollution in ore discharge at this level, raising the dusting efficiency by more than 80% at this level and also improving that of other levels; the application of ventilation system can reduce the dust concentration at this level to below 20 mg/m3 within five minutes of the ore discharge at other levels; and the application of set-limit spraying system has reduced the dust concentration by more than 70% after passing the water curtain.The practical application of this system has achieved remarkable results, which can be the reference to other similar mines.
