柔性隔墙膏体废石联合充填应用研究

摘要: 随着开采延伸至地表1 000 m以下,矿体赋存及开采条件逐渐复杂化,会泽采选厂矿区实施对进路式上向水平分层充填采矿法的改革。采用膏体废石联合充填技术结合柔性隔墙方式,进行了分层连续回采的研究。实现了在保证安全生产的基础上提高采场出矿强度,降低矿石贫损指标,进一步扩大废石充填量,达到无废害开采的目标。

Abstract: Along with mining extend to depth of 1 000 m under ground, orebody occurrence and mining condition complicated gradually,Huize mining and processing plant reformed upward horizontal layer cut and filling route mining.This mine field adopted paste and mullock unite filling with soft partition, and carried through research on layer continuous mining, realized the aim of improving mining throughput and increasing, increasing mining relaim ratio, reducing dilution ratio, and mining without waste, on the condition of safety in production.
