摘要: 介绍了管流矿化的概念及其实施条件,对基于原矿管流矿化和中矿管流矿化方式的几类柱式浮选设备进行了分析,讨论了管流矿化方式在诸如实现高效紊流矿化和优化设备结构形式方面的优势,并提出优化管流矿化实施条件的几点措施和研究方向。

Abstract: This paper introduced the concept and implementation conditions of pipe flow mineralization.Based on the analysis of some kinds of flotation column in the pipe flow mineralization for raw ores and middling minerals,the advantages of pipe flow mineralization on both the realization high-efficiency turbulent flow mineralization and the optimization of the equipment structure are discussed,and then,some measures and research directions on optimizing the implementation conditions of pipe flow mineralization are put forward.
