栾川钼矿跟管钻进套管失效分析及优化设计

摘要: 栾川钼矿地层属于典型的硬、碎、漏、塌极复杂底层,勘探取样作业使用跟管钻进方法,但发现套管螺纹常有断裂现象发生。采用有限元法,分别对套管进行抗拉强度与疲劳强度分析,讨论跟管钻进中套管螺纹破坏的原因,认为螺纹在受到多次冲击下产生的疲劳破坏是其断裂的根本原因。同时提出套管优化设计方案,将新设计的套管用于现场,克服施工难题。

Abstract: The stratum at Luanchuan Molybdenum Mine is hard,broken,easily leaking and absolutely complex,so that the casing drilling was carried out in exploration tasks.However,the cases during drilling were usually broken at their thread.FEM is used to analyze the tensile strength and fatigue strength for the sake of understanding what makes those cases invalid.The results indicate that the fatigue failure caused by large number of impacts force into the thread is the essential cause to make the thread broken.Then an optimal scheme is put forward,and the new designed cases are applied in field drilling to solve some difficulties.
